You may be aware of the American Airlines Flagship Lounges, but have you heard of FlagShip Check-in?
Qualifying travelers are personally assisted with their individual travel requirements beyond check-in, including baggage check, seat/itinerary changes, dedicated self-service kiosks. They’ll also enjoy an expedited security line with premium access through security checkpoints.
“Exclusivity and privacy are what we aim to offer some of our most-valued premium passengers with this new service in Chicago,” said Virasb Vahidi, American Chief Commercial Officer, in an interview.
American Airlines just added a fourth lounge at Chicago O’Hare, with plans for their fifth at their largest hub, Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport.
